Manchester Pool Series 2007

RULES

Six one day ranking events followed by a Grand Final (seeded)

Amateur only. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry.

£10 entry (£5 Juniors and ladies) per event or £50 for the whole series. Payable before each event commences

Entries are limited to 64 per event and will be taken on a first recieved (with payment) basis

All matches played to current world 8 ball pool federation rules

Players must register before 11:45am on the day of event

Draw will commence at 11:45am

Play will start 12pm prompt

Ranking points will be awarded to all main event entrants. Extra points will be awarded to plate (if comp runs) entrants

Top 16 ranked players qualify for the grand finals

Prize money to be decided prior to competition commencement.(£200 minimum)

The Tournament Directors decision is final

Approximately £100 of the entry fees from each event will be carried forward to the grand finals.

One day events

Straight knockout. Best of 9 frames early rounds

Grand Final

Main event (seeded)- 1-16 ranked players only. Dress code will be in force

Straight Knockout. Best of 11 frames 16-8 & Quarter finals. Best 13 frames Semis. Best of 15 frames Final

Plate

All other ranked players can enter the plate £10 entry (£5 juniors & ladies). Straight knockout. Best of 7 frames early rounds
